We&#8217;ve also put together a detailed <a href=\"https:\/\/kupfservices.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Shop-erstellen-und-aktivieren.pdf\"><strong>step-by-step guide to creating and activating your shop<\/strong><\/a> (in German).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Onboarding usually takes no more than 15 minutes!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Create a shop<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sign in to KUPFticket and create a new shop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When creating the shop, you&#8217;ll be asked for various details about your organization. Fill in all fields completely and correctly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Set up a Stripe account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Stripe account is required for payment processing. Setup and verification take place directly in our onboarding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During setup, Stripe asks for various information about your organization and its authorized representatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Especially important for associations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For associations, some of Stripe&#8217;s questions can be misleading.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In particular, associations should not specify any additional roles for the following questions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Owner<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Director<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Board members<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If, for example, you specify additional company roles such as \u201cboard\u201d, \u201cowner\u201d or \u201cdirector\u201d for an association, Stripe may classify the organization as a conventional company. As a result, a <strong>ZVR extract may no longer be accepted as proof of the organization<\/strong> and Stripe may request additional documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For associations, we therefore strongly recommend using our<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/kupfservices.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Shop-erstellen-und-aktivieren.pdf\"><strong>guide to creating and activating your shop<\/strong><\/a> <strong>(in German).<\/strong> It shows, step by step through Stripe, which details must be provided and which options to select for an association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Specify the authorized representative<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For an organization, the responsible person must be specified correctly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The responsible person must be someone listed as an authorized representative in the ZVR extract (Austrian register of associations) or the company register.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Important:<\/strong> For the responsible person&#8217;s private address, enter that person&#8217;s actual home address, not the association&#8217;s address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Check the organization&#8217;s address<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Make sure the organization&#8217;s address matches the address on your official documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Even seemingly small differences in spelling can lead to follow-up questions during the automated check.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Have the required documents ready<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on the type of organization and the details provided, Stripe may request proof.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For associations, the <strong>current ZVR extract<\/strong> is usually the most relevant document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stripe may also request proof of identity or proof of the responsible person&#8217;s private address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Always upload documents in full and clearly legible, and make sure they are still valid and up to date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Complete the Stripe verification<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Check all details once more before completing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If Stripe doesn&#8217;t need any further information, the verification is complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If Stripe requests additional information or documents, follow the instructions directly in your Stripe account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Accidentally entered the wrong roles during setup?<\/strong> Then change the details, ideally before uploading further documents. Even if Stripe has already requested additional proof, you can still correct your details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7.
