You&#8217;ll also find the option to <strong>pay out money immediately<\/strong> (instant payouts) there. The advantage: with this payout frequency, the entire event is settled and paid out 8 days after it ends.<br><br><strong>*Exceptions<\/strong><br>1) If ticket revenue has been held in your Stripe account for 80 days, the payment provider is obliged to pay it out early. This can result in several payouts per event.<br>2) If an event has already been running for more than two weeks and is also still more than two weeks away from ending, payouts are made weekly. Typical example: museums.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-base-background-color has-background\"><em>Weekly, fortnightly or monthly<\/em><\/h2><p class=\"has-base-background-color has-background wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ticket revenue per event can also be paid out in bundles weekly, fortnightly or monthly.<\/strong><br><br><strong>Note:<\/strong> With a busy event program, this model results in a large number of payouts and settlement statements.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-base-background-color has-background\">2) Custom payouts<\/h2><p class=\"has-base-background-color has-background wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>All available revenue is collected and paid out at a fixed interval regardless of individual events \u2014 weekly, fortnightly or monthly.<\/strong><br><br><strong>Note<\/strong>: Recommended for organizers who want to simplify their accounting.<\/p>\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<h3 class=\"qe-faqs-group-title\">Tickets &amp; Ticketverkauf<\/h3>\t\t<div id=\"qaef-1874\" class=\"qe-faq-toggle ticket-einstellungen\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"qe-toggle-title\">\n\t\t\t\t<h4>\n\t\t\t\t\t<i class=\"fa fa-minus-circle\"><\/i> Ticket personalization\t\t\t\t<\/h4>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"qe-toggle-content\">\n\t\t\t\t\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When creating or editing a ticket category, you can enable various fields for ticket personalization:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kupfservices.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Ticket-Personalisierung-1024x932.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1049\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By default, buyers always have to provide an email address and a name for the order. Your own \u20ac0 ticket category for the point of sale<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Another option is to create your own <strong>\u20ac0 ticket category<\/strong>. This category can be set up so that it is <strong>only available via the point of sale<\/strong> and not offered in the web shop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To do so, go to the ticket category under <strong>\u201cEdit category\u201d \u2192 \u201cAdvanced settings\u201d<\/strong> and <strong>disable the option \u201cSell via web\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When selling via the point of sale, you can then select this \u20ac0 ticket category.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The tickets are created with a price of <strong>\u20ac0<\/strong>. In the settlement and statistics, however, they are currently <strong>not shown as a separate \u201cfree ticket\u201d category<\/strong>. In the ticket list, the tickets can be <strong>filtered by the respective ticket category<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This option is suitable, for example, for <strong>general admission tickets<\/strong> where the main purpose is to record the number of tickets issued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Discount code with 100% discount<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alternatively, you can create a <strong>discount code with a 100% discount<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When this discount code is used during a sale in the point of sale or in the web shop, the ticket price is reduced in full and the ticket is <strong>issued free of charge<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This option is particularly suitable for free tickets that are to be issued via the <strong>web shop<\/strong>. Your own POS category with a fixed 100% discount<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If free tickets are to be assigned to <strong>specific seats in the seating chart<\/strong>, you can create a separate <strong>POS category<\/strong> with a fixed discount of <strong>100%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When selling, first select the desired seat <strong>directly in the seating chart<\/strong>. Then select the corresponding POS category with the stored 100% discount. Setup and verification take place directly in our onboarding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During setup, Stripe asks for various information about your organization and its authorized representatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Especially important for associations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For associations, some of Stripe&#8217;s questions can be misleading.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In particular, associations should not specify any additional roles for the following questions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Owner<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Director<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Board members<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If, for example, you specify additional company roles such as \u201cboard\u201d, \u201cowner\u201d or \u201cdirector\u201d for an association, Stripe may classify the organization as a conventional company. Specify the authorized representative<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For an organization, the responsible person must be specified correctly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The responsible person must be someone listed as an authorized representative in the ZVR extract (Austrian register of associations) or the company register.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Important:<\/strong> For the responsible person&#8217;s private address, enter that person&#8217;s actual home address, not the association&#8217;s address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Check the organization&#8217;s address<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Make sure the organization&#8217;s address matches the address on your official documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Even seemingly small differences in spelling can lead to follow-up questions during the automated check.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Have the required documents ready<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on the type of organization and the details provided, Stripe may request proof.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For associations, the <strong>current ZVR extract<\/strong> is usually the most relevant document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stripe may also request proof of identity or proof of the responsible person&#8217;s private address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Always upload documents in full and clearly legible, and make sure they are still valid and up to date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Complete the Stripe verification<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Check all details once more before completing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If Stripe doesn&#8217;t need any further information, the verification is complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If Stripe requests additional information or documents, follow the instructions directly in your Stripe account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Accidentally entered the wrong roles during setup?<\/strong> Then change the details, ideally before uploading further documents.
